Southern Refreshment Services uses custom-built maintenance scheduling and invoicing software. All service calls are recorded and stored for future reference. Southern Refreshment Services keeps all equipment manuals and machine breakdowns in our extensive server database. We have the ability to view all of the manufacture’s literature relating to your equipment. Our staff stays in touch with the manufactures to ensure that we do have the most recent technical release notes as well as the latest replacement parts lists. This insures that your equipment is not only repaired, but repaired by the manufacture’s latest upgrades.

Communications

Supporting our technicians is a crucial part of the process. This is why we use the latest in today’s communications. The ability to instantly send our Techs Service tickets and other information directly to their Palm phones ensures that the tech performing the necessary repairs has the most up to date information possible.

Sprinters

Southern Refreshment Services is proud of our professional fleet. Our service technicians drive well marked and maintained service vans. These vehicles carry a closly watched inventory of all commonly needed parts to repair each of the machines that we have. This ensures that the tech preforming repairs has the parts that he needs to get you up and running again quickly.

Loaners

Service Technicians keep a small inventory of coffee equipment on their vans. In the event the tech can not make repairs on sight, he will be able to set up a temporary “loaner” so that further repairs can be made back at the repair facilities. This ensures that you always have the ability to brew your favorite blend of coffee.

Keeping you brewing

Our service fleet also keeps a small fresh inventory of coffee and coffee supply stocked on their vans. If you should ever run out brew filters or creamer just before a busy weekend, our service vans can hotshot it out to you.
